From June 26th to 27th, 2023, a joint conference jointly organized by the Vehicle Engine Branch and the After-Treatment System Branch of the China Automobile Industry Association, and hosted by Ka Long High-tech, the unit of the After-Treatment System Branch， was successfully held at the Wuxi Wanda Yihua Hotel. More than 60 representatives， including leaders from the China Automobile Industry Association， multiple vehicle manufacturers， automotive component enterprises, and experts from universities, attended this conference.
The meeting began with the opening speech by Mr. Li Shaohua, the deputy secretary-general of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Subsequently, Mr. Zhong Yewei, the chairman of the Vehicle Engine Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, and Mr. Ye Jun, the vice president of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, the secretary-general of the Post-Treatment System Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, and the executive vice president of Kai Long High-Tech, also delivered speeches. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Zhou Ying, the deputy secretary-general of the Post-Treatment System Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
This meeting also invited several experts and scholars to deliver keynote speeches on six major topics: "The Response Strategies of Enterprises under the Dual Carbon Strategy", "The Current Situation and Future Development Trends of the Passenger Vehicle Market", "The Market Development Situation of Commercial Vehicles in 2023", "The Development Trends and Cost Strategies of Post-Treatment Systems", "The Development Trends of Automotive Energy and Power Technologies under the Carbon Neutrality Goal", and "The Current Situation and Development of Hydrogen Fuel Engines". The atmosphere at the meeting was lively and enthusiastic, and the excellent reports of the experts and scholars sparked lively exchanges and widespread praise among the participants.
After the discussions and exchanges among the participants, they also visited the Kailong High-Tech Co., Ltd. Dr. Zhu Lei guided them through the Kailong High-Tech's automated packaging production line, the GBD production line, and various advanced experimental equipment in the laboratory center. This allowed the participants to have the opportunity to get a close look at the company's innovative achievements in the field of exhaust gas after-treatment.
Through this joint meeting, the participating representatives had in-depth exchanges and discussions on key issues and future development trends in the field of automotive engines and after-treatment systems, jointly exploring the importance of the low-carbon transformation and its impact on the automotive industry. The meeting provided valuable experience sharing and industry insights for the industry, guiding the innovation and development of China's automotive industry and offering in-depth thinking and guidance for enterprises to cope with the changes of the times and market competition, promoting the construction of a low-carbon transportation system and achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
