The design department has the ability to design and develop molds for vehicle interior and exterior sheet metal parts, blow molding molds, injection molding molds, inspection tools, and non-standard work tools. It adopts standardized parameter solid design and has established a physical standard library. At the same time, it can complete reverse engineering of products and molds, achieving full-process CAE analysis, and possesses complete independent design capabilities.
Xi Ling Precision has a complete system for the design and manufacturing of fixtures and molds, with an annual production capacity of up to 2,000 sets. The company is equipped with nearly 100 sets of various precision processing equipment, including CNC precision machining centers, CNC gantry lathes, wire cutting, welding robots, various lathes, grinders, milling machines, sawing machines, drilling machines, and three-coordinate measuring instruments, as well as profile meters and other precision testing equipment.
We have over 30 sets of various equipment for stamping, injection molding, blow molding, automatic batching, and mixing systems. We also have production lines for 630-ton, 315-ton, and 200-ton presses and presses. There are also 360-ton and 300-ton fully automatic injection molding machine production lines. We have 160-ton and 120-ton urea tank hollow extrusion blow molding production lines, which can produce various blow molding products such as automotive urea tanks ranging from 10 liters to 60 liters.
